Biography
Scott Mathews has been doing research and development work in the private sector for the past 15 years, including work on solid state radiation imaging systems, optical data storage systems, and laser micro-fabrication of microelectronic and microfluidic structures. Dr. Mathews has recently completed a laser micro-fabrication laboratory here at Catholic University with goal of doing research on miniature, electronic detection systems for chemical and biological warfare agents.
